Licence
LFM Labs grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use WUKO on Macs you own or control, as permitted by the Mac App Store usage rules. The purchase is a one-time licence — there is no subscription.
What you may not do
Don't redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app; don't extract, copy, or redistribute WUKO Brain 1.0 (the bundled on-device model) or the WUKO character assets; don't reverse-engineer except where the law expressly permits it.
Your content, his memories
Everything WUKO creates with you (art, journal entries, letters, the tapestry) and everything he remembers is stored on your Mac and belongs to you. Deleting the app or using Factory Reset removes it permanently — we cannot recover it, because we never had it.
Trial
The 7-day trial is fully featured. When it ends, WUKO's growth pauses where it is; nothing is deleted. Purchasing resumes his growth exactly where you left off.
Warranty & liability
WUKO is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. LFM Labs' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Where Apple's standard EULA terms apply to Mac App Store apps, they take precedence over anything inconsistent here.
